November is here and the theme of the month picked itself from the chosen content. Nobody has time for boring, and nobody IS boring if they know how to present themselves. Here are three reads to help you max out your aura this month ✨

Clint Williams is an agency advisor and coach who hosts WTF to Unstuck, a short-form podcast that tries to answer two or three questions in under 20 minutes. Here he sits down with Kat Irwin, a amazing positioning strategist who pivoted from web design into work that reflects what she actually cares about (psst… I also interviewed Kat and you can read that interview here.) They talk about why the path matters as much as the goal, and how a personal brand is really about pulling out the most interesting parts of who you are.

What does it mean for your brand aura: I usually tell my clients to focus on effectively highlighting their personality and expertise via their content but the truth is not everyone benefits from that and more often than not it can be extremely hard to turn lived experiences into content. Even then it helps to have your lived experiences documented.

Nini (Nicole Lee) is a head of marketing with about a decade in content, growth, demand gen and product marketing. Her argument is that most webinars win attendance but lose attention, and coffee vouchers and prizes can't fix that. She suggests a formula built on new insight, real participation and moments that only happen live, then gives five tactics to help you do that.

What does it mean for your brand aura: If you are using webinars to market yourself or your business, it's time to pause and re-evaluate. There are more creative ways to engage your buyers today and you need to start looking at this for your personal brand too, to make it more interesting to your audience. Before you build the next one, steal Nini's test and finish the sentence "people need to attend this live because..."

Branding, marketing and AI is a neverending conversation. So why not stay updated?

Pierre Herubel says these are the tactics behind his 70M views and two 7-figure businesses, and he starts from one premise: "You can build whatever you want with AI, but distribution is the hard part."

What does it mean for your brand aura: Distribution, distribution, distribution: Pierre breaks down the most impactful ways to make sure your content reaches more of your target audience. If you are a B2B founder, I would highly recommend building this system so your content machine becomes 10x more effective. If you only steal one thing, make it the 1:1 tactic and send your next post to 10 people with a personal note.
